Lisa Vanderpump has without a doubt become one of the most successful restaurateurs in the Los Angeles area. About a year ago, she opened her third restaurant PUMP in the heart of West Hollywood, and it has been a crowd favorite ever since.
As Lisa Vanderpump likes to put it, “Villa Blanca is where you take your wife. SUR is where you take your mistress.” Her newest culinary endeavor, PUMP, goes one step further and fuses the elegance of Villa Blanca with the hip vibe of SUR Restaurant. With PUMP, Vanderpump has managed to create an ambiance where “you feel as if you’re in Tuscany or Portofino,” only much sexier and more chic.
An enchanting atmosphere, artisanal drinks, and a delightful Mediterranean-inspired menu are only some of the delicious key ingredients that have helped the restaurant on its way to becoming a local hot spot.
